Hi, our Surface Hub want connect to HDMI. Nothing happens when connecting to HDMI. We have recently performed a device reset. Find the name of the Surface Hub you want to project to in the connect panel and select it to connect. You can find the name of the Surface Hub in the bottom left corner of the screen, or when you press Connect on the welcome screen. Take a VGA cable and plug one end into the VGA port on your display. Plug the other end into the VGA port on your hub. Plug your USB computer peripherals into the USB or USB-C port on your hub—depending on which kind of USB connection your peripheral uses. Plug an external keyboard, mouse, and display into your USB-C dock. Make sure the dock is plugged in to get power. Plug the end of a USB-C cable that’s connected to your USB-C dock into the USB-C port on your adapter. Plug the Surface Connect end of the adapter into the Surface Connect port on your Surface.
